I have shot a minimum of 60k shots with this lens, and I never cease to be amazed by what it can do, whether on a D3, D700 or D300. There is nothing quite like it.

Oh, gorgeous images. I have been to Richmond Park for the deer too, but now wish that I’d more time to get out there and hang around, because the photo opportunities are great. Sunrise looks a good time, and you were very fortunate with the mist. Perfect.

Srirama, the work involved makes the cost of doing these mods every now and again very expensive. As such it would probably be cheaper to buy something like the Lowepro Lens Trekker 600 II bag, that can be had for £130 if you shop around.

Crikey that must be a big lens!! Thankfully my largest is a 500mm which fits my Lowepro computer trekker very well – although I no longer use mine to carry a laptop around because my laptop won’t fit!!!!!
